Commitment to Child Safety

Dysko (also referred to as Dysko AI) is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Dysko app and all Dysko-operated platforms.

Although the Dysko app is intended exclusively for adults, Dysko maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity involving CSAE. Preventing the exploitation of minors is a core responsibility of Dysko’s platform governance, moderation practices, and technical safeguards.

Intended Audience and Age Restrictions

The Dysko app is intended solely for users 17 years of age and older.

• Minors are not permitted to create or use accounts on the Dysko app.
• Users who misrepresent their age or are found to be underage will have their accounts removed.
• Any attempt to target, contact, or exploit minors on the Dysko app is strictly prohibited.

Despite being an adult-only platform, Dysko actively enforces safeguards to prevent, detect, and address Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The Dysko app strictly prohibits any content or activity that includes, promotes, depicts, or facilitates:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of children
• Requests for sexual images or interactions involving minors
• Storage, sharing, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Any violation of these rules results in immediate account suspension or termination, and where legally required, referral to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities.

Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

To combat CSAE and protect child safety, Dysko employs a combination of:

• In-app user reporting tools within the Dysko app
• Active moderation of reported content and behavior
• Automated systems designed to identify abuse patterns
• Manual review of flagged content by trained moderators

Reports related to CSAE are treated as high-priority and addressed promptly.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users of the Dysko app are encouraged to report any content or behavior that may involve child safety risks or CSAE.

Reports can be submitted:

• Directly within the Dysko app using reporting features
• By contacting Dysko support at hello@dysko.ai

Dysko investigates all child safety reports and takes appropriate enforcement action.

Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Dysko complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to child safety and the prevention of CSAE.

When required, Dysko will:

• Preserve relevant account and content information
• Report confirmed CSAE or CSAM to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies

Ongoing Commitment to Safety

Dysko continually reviews and improves its safety policies, moderation practices, and technical safeguards to maintain a secure platform and prevent the exploitation of minors.
