Dysko Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Registration & Account Use
1.1 Account Eligibility
To create an account (“Account”) on Dysko, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Be legally permitted to use the App in your home country
1.2 Account Creation
You can register manually or by using Facebook/Google login. If you use Facebook, you authorize us to access and use certain account information (e.g., profile picture, location, relationship status, friends list). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Account Deletion
You can delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is immediate, but your content may take time to be fully removed. Your profile data can be restored within 30 days of deletion.
1.4 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or block access (e.g., via IP) at our discretion without notice.
1.5 Restricted Access
Unregistered users may not access certain parts of the App. You may not access, tamper with, or misuse our systems or non-public areas.
2. Content on Dysko
2.1 Types of Content
- Your Content: Anything you upload
- Member Content: Posted by other users
- Our Content: Created or owned by Dysko
2.2 Content Restrictions
Prohibited content includes anything that:
- Is offensive, pornographic, harassing, violent, or discriminatory
- Encourages illegal activity or violates laws
- Involves spam, viruses, spyware, or malware
- Infringes others’ rights or privacy
- Was created/distributed without consent
Dysko enforces a zero-tolerance policy for restricted content.
2.3 Your Content
You’re responsible for Your Content and agree not to:
- Share personal contact or banking info
- Post anything you don't have rights to
- Upload anything offensive or unlawful
By posting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and distribute Your Content.
2.4 Member Content
Member Content belongs to the user who posted it. You may not use others' content or personal information for:
- Commercial purposes
- Spam or harassment
- Any unlawful behavior
Violations may result in account termination.
2.5 Our Content
All other content (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is owned by Dysko. You’re granted a limited, non-transferable license to use it under these conditions:
- Do not sell, distribute, or alter our content
- Do not use our name in metadata
- Use only for lawful purposes
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
3.1 You Must:
- Follow all applicable laws (privacy, spam, IP)
- Use your real name and image (for verification)
- Act professionally
3.2 You May Not:
- Misrepresent identity or credentials
- Disclose confidential info
- Engage in unlawful activity (e.g., fraud, scams)
- Abuse other users or misuse the app
Report abuse via the in-app Block & Report or contact support.
4. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The app may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook). By using them, you agree to their terms.
We are not responsible for transactions made through these platforms.
6. Notifications & Location Features
You may opt in or out of:
- Push notifications via your device settings
- Emails or SMS by unsubscribing or contacting support

7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” with no warranties. We don’t guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free use
- That the app meets your expectations
- The accuracy of any content
Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or losses.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dysko against any third-party claims or losses resulting from:
- Your app use
- Uploaded content
- Terms violations
We reserve the right to settle any claim without your consent.
9. DMCA Policy
To submit a DMCA takedown request, email support@billbord.app with:
- Your signature
- Description of the work and infringement
- Contact details
- A good-faith and perjury statement
10. Third-Party App Store Terms
If downloaded via a Third-Party Store:
- These Terms are between you and Dysko, not the store
- Store terms may override these Terms
- The store provider is a third-party beneficiary
11. Miscellaneous
- Governed by the laws of California, USA
- Disputes handled in California courts
- These Terms may change; continued use = acceptance
- If any part is invalid, the rest still applies
- Dysko is not liable for third-party links, malware, or outages
- Terms and rights may not be assigned by you but may be by us
- You agree to data transfers across jurisdictions
